LGIC Lab Grown Emerald Grading

The standard focuses on Emerald color grading, clarity, brilliance , cut, uniformity description and expression.

Color Grading:

According to the color difference of emerald, it is divided into dark green,yellowish green and bluish green three categories.

Bluish Green: The reflected light is bright green, bright and full, and brighter,also with little blue. Business named MUZO Green.

Yellowish Green: The reflected light is green, rich and bright, also with little yellow. Business named Columbia Green.

Dark Green: The reflected light is green, rich and dark.

 

Uniformity Description:

When observing the Emerald color from the table, if the color patches, stains or ribbons are observed, they should be described, such as "visible ribons" and so on

 

Clarity Grading:

According to the clarity difference between Emerald, it is divided into four grades.The clarity grade is expressed in order from high to low, super pure(SP),pure(p),relatively pure(RP)

 

Brilliance Grading:

According to sapphire brilliance accounted for the proportion of the crown area and the color of brilliance, it's divided it into three grades excellent(EX), very good (VG), good (G).

 

Transparency Grading:

According to the transparency differences between Emerald, it's divided into three grades: bright(T1), relatively bright(T2), normal(T3).

 

Cut Grading:

According to cutting ratio, it's divided it into three grades excellent(EX), very good (VG), good (G).
